Project Details:              Main Constructions was pleased to won this project for the construction of a 514 Space car park at Eastern Avenue Bilinga for Gold Coast Airport.   Works included bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, fire-water reticulation, electrical services, landscaping, line marking and road works along with Sunshade’s to the car park entry and two pay stations. The project was divided into three stages. There were lot of existing underground services that were located and found out during construction stage, causing lot of hindrances to construction activities but were tackled successfully. The ground conditions were also not favourable as most of the area was sandy. There was a very tight time frame allocated by client but Main Constructions completed the project in time.
