Project Details: This project is made up of three separate contracts, comprising construction of a drop zone, extension of car parking facilities and construction of a new access way at Livingstone Christian College Ormeau. This is Main Constructions second project at Livingstone Christian College with works including bulk earthworks, fencing, asphalt surface pavement, sub-soil drainage, storm water drainage, kerb & channel, concrete edge restraint, signage, line marking, concrete footpaths, timber boardwalk, pram ramps, landscaping, underground power reticulation, street lighting and car park lighting. In addition to the contract works we have also been engaged to install 2 long jump pits to the oval area which we constructed in 2013.
Well the New Year is in full swing and with it has come plenty of rain. The rain is fantastic for all the new turf that has been laid at Nudgee College and Les Hughes Sports Complex. These projects are both coming into the final stages of construction whilst construction at Griffin Sports Facility is ramping up despite the recent weather. We have also been awarded two new projects in the new year. One is Sports field lighting upgrades at 3 locations within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area and the second is goal upgrades to various sites for Redland City Council whom we are excited to be working with again.
