Project Details: As Principle Contractor on this site our contract includes Bulk Earthworks on a hillside, tree clearing under strict environmental and wildlife controls, topsoil stripping, reinstating of original lake design through de-silting and reshaping, construction of Regulation Type 4 sports field, retained buildings, access roads and car parks with minimal environmental intrusion on surrounding bush land.
New works also included a turf table drain overflow with water services both potable and recycled, electrical, sewage and storm water pipelines, footpaths, culvert drains, ball sportscourts and recreational play areas.
Special requirements are being undertaken during construction stages due to the seasonal breeding of local fauna in and around the project objectives.
During all stages Gold Coast Water and Assisi College water contamination experiments being conducted.
We are working hard at South Pine Sports Complex to finalise construction of the new soccer facilities. These facilities which include a High Performance Club House and a Local Club House facility along with 4 new soccer fields will provide a much welcome addition to the complex. We are sure that after the excitement of the World Cup Soccer recently held in Australia that soccer clubs will be receiving an influx of players.
